Interested in attending a Nashville Pride board meeting?

LISTEN AND OBSERVE A NASHVILLE PRIDE BOARD MEETING

If you are interested in simply joining a meeting to listen and observe we can send you a link to join. The first 10-15 minutes of the meeting is generally closed and then you will be let into the room. To make your request to listen to and observe a meeting, email info@nashvillepride.org. 

Please note board meetings generally last an hour and are businesses oriented.  The majority of the work and discussions take place in monthly committee meetings. If you are interested in joining a committee, visit www.nashvillepride.org/committees

REQUEST TO ADDRESS/PRESENT THE BOARD

Members of the public interested in speaking at a Nashville Pride Board meeting must make an official written request to the Secretary at least 14 calendar days prior to a scheduled meeting. This request should be emailed to secretary@nashvillepride.org and include the following:

• Reason for the request to address the board

• Any documents, presentations, etc. that would accompany the request

• Any other information that can assist the board in making a decision to approve or deny the request.
